Carson Manufacturing Co., Inc., one of the Midwest’s most reliable contract manufacturers, continues to invest in equipment and personnel to support its expanding capacity and technical capability. A new Cluso Vision System has been purchased that will enhance Carson’s ability to offer reliable & repeatable quality products. The Cluso compares BOMs with CAD files and pick and place programs and highlights any discrepancies so that appropriate action can be taken. The machine can be programmed in minutes, while providing Quality Reporting, Archiving, and Traceability.

In succession with the new equipment and increases in business, employment opportunities continue to grow at Carson.

Carson Manufacturing Company, Inc. Continues to Grow, Adding Capital Equipment and Personnel to Support Their Printed Circuit Board Assembly Operation

Carson Manufacturing Co., Inc., one of the Midwest’s most reliable contract manufacturers, continues to invest in equipment and personnel to support its expanding capacity and technical capability. A new Rhythm, selective wave soldering system has been purchased and is expected to arrive on site April 15th. The Rhythm system will enhance their ability to offer reliable, lead-free solutions for the electronic contract manufacturing industry. The equipment is designed to support high-mix, low to medium volume production that can be programmed in minutes, while providing wave stability and defect-free performance.

Carson Manufacturing Company, Inc. Invests Over $300,000 in Capital Equipment and Personnel to Assemble Printed Circuit Boards and More

Carson Manufacturing Co., Inc., one of the Midwest’s oldest manufacturers, recently invested over $300,000 in capital equipment and personnel to expand the production capability of its electronic contract manufacturing services / EMS division. The expansion of this EMS division, which is primarily focused on printed circuit board assembly, will continue over the next year, and will include the hiring of additional technical personnel to support new business opportunities.
